Base Salary
$114k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with management teams to integrate functions, identify system enhancements, and deploy new products and process improvements.
- Analyze complex business and system processes, resolve high-impact problems, and develop innovative solutions.
- Design, program, test, debug, and implement applications in accordance with enterprise architecture standards.
- Develop and deploy machine learning and language-aware applications using relevant frameworks, libraries, APIs, and cloud-native services.
- Advise and coach mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as necessary.
- Assess technology and business risks while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and control requirements.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in application development or systems analysis.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related area; a master's degree is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java or C++, and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience developing models with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience designing, building, and consuming APIs and web services such as REST or GraphQL.
- Experience with Docker, Pandas, NumPy, Git, and collaborative development workflows such as GitHub.
- Experience with cloud platforms and cloud-native AI/ML services, with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud AI, AWS SageMaker, or Azure ML experience valued.
- Experience with NLP tools such as NLTK, spaCy, or Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience with data visualization and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib.
- Understanding of model performance metrics including Accuracy, Precision, Recall, F1-score, and ROC-AUC.
- Experience with Django, Flask, or Apache Spark is a plus.
Benefits
- Full-time position based in Jacksonville, Florida.
- Salary range is $113,840.00 to $170,760.00, with potential discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
