Base Salary
$114k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with management teams to integrate functions, identify system enhancements, and deploy new products and process improvements.
- Resolve high-impact problems through evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
- Design applications that adhere to the overall architecture blueprint and establish coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards.
- Develop expertise in business, architecture, and infrastructure integration to accomplish business goals.
- Analyze issues, develop innovative solutions, assess risk, and support compliance with applicable laws and policies.
- Serve as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as needed.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience in application development or systems analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java or C++, and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience developing models with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience designing, building, and consuming APIs and web services such as REST or GraphQL.
- Familiarity with Django or Flask, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of Pandas and NumPy for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
- Experience with Apache Spark, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI, and cloud-native AI/ML services such as AWS SageMaker or Azure ML is valued.
- Practical experience with NLTK, spaCy, or Hugging Face Transformers for language-aware applications.
- Experience creating data visualizations and dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib.
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows on GitHub.
- Understanding of model-performance metrics including Accuracy, Precision, Recall, F1-score, and ROC-AUC.
- Bachelor’s degree or university degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
