Base Salary
$100k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead implementations from kickoff to production for strategic enterprise customers.
- Embed with customer teams to uncover business problems and design solutions.
- Build production-grade solutions that users rely on daily.
- Run live technical sessions with business users and data engineers.
- Monitor performance in production to catch issues early.
- Document and escalate technical blockers and customer requests.
- Create reusable assets like implementation guides and solution templates.
- Build lasting relationships with customers and identify new opportunities.
- Travel to customer sites up to 25% of the time.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as forward deployed engineering or analytics engineering.
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on data modeling experience.
- Direct experience with at least one cloud data platform like Snowflake or Databricks.
- Proven track record of building production analytics or data applications.
- Excellent communication skills for all organizational levels.
- Ability to manage multiple customer engagements in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
