Base Salary
$255k - $382k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise workflow experiences and digital products.
- Architect and deliver scalable, resilient AI solutions using agentic systems, large language models, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
- Define enterprise technical direction, architecture patterns, integration standards, governance frameworks, and reusable platform capabilities.
- Modernize legacy systems and workflow tools through automated code transformation, service decomposition, and continuous optimization.
- Design AI-enabled software development lifecycle practices and establish standards for monitoring, evaluation, and responsible AI.
- Build and guide development of workflow applications, integrations, reusable UI components, prototypes, accelerators, and production-quality software.
- Collaborate with product, design, UX, engineering, operations, architecture, security, compliance, and business stakeholders.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, mentorship, strategic recommendations, and guidance on AI-assisted development and technology investments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 15 years of software engineering experience, including leadership in designing, implementing, and operating distributed systems and large-scale architectures.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining software with Python, Java, or comparable object-oriented programming languages.
- Experience designing and implementing APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, cloud practices, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Preferred experience building user-centered enterprise products such as portals, dashboards, self-service experiences, case management tools, service catalogs, workflow interfaces, and operational applications.
- Preferred experience with enterprise workflow platforms, automation tools, low-code/no-code platforms, business process management, and ServiceNow capabilities.
- Preferred experience with enterprise integrations, web services, event-driven integrations, middleware, cloud platforms, and enterprise data services.
- Preferred experience with product engineering practices, AI-enabled workflow automation, virtual agents, intelligent routing, process mining, knowledge management, and enterprise-scale AI, cloud, platform, integration, or distributed systems solutions.
