Base Salary
$237k - $237k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks, tools, and scripts for web front-end products across multiple product streams.
- Design and execute integration, regression, and performance tests using industry-standard tools.
- Build scalable and reusable test automation solutions and integrate test artifacts with CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and QA teams to test new features, clarify requirements, and create targeted test scenarios.
- Research and implement automated testing tools and techniques while removing obstacles to smooth test execution and delivery.
- Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Eight years of experience in the job offered or in a similar software testing position.
- Seven years of experience designing and implementing testing automation frameworks; conducting UI/web UI automation with Selenium WebDriver or equivalent; researching and experimenting with frameworks and tools; identifying bottlenecks; and programming or scripting with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or similar languages.
- Five years of experience with integration and regression testing.
- Four years of experience with BDD/POM or similar test structure patterns and integrating test artifacts with CI/CD pipelines.
- Two years of experience working with SQL and databases.
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience providing technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and facilitating knowledge sharing.
- Successful completion of pre-hire assessments covering Python coding, framework design, bug-finding and exploratory test-case review, and CI/CD integration.
