Responsibilities
- Design, configure, enhance, monitor, and troubleshoot SAP workflows for business approvals, notifications, escalations, substitutions, and agent determination.
- Implement workflow components including event linkages, BOR/classes, task containers, deadline monitoring, custom templates, rules, and inbox optimization.
- Develop workflow user tasks and interfaces using SAP UI5/Fiori My Inbox, SAP GUI, and Web Dynpro.
- Develop ABAP reports, enhancements, interfaces, forms, BAdIs, user exits, and object-oriented solutions across SAP modules.
- Perform end-to-end design, coding, testing, debugging, deployment support, code reviews, performance tuning, and production troubleshooting.
- Review functional requirements, prepare technical design documents, and coordinate with business users, BASIS/Security teams, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3-7 years of experience with SAP Workflow, BRF+, ABAP, object-oriented programming, and modern ABAP technologies.
- At least 3 years of hands-on SAP Workflow design, development, and support experience.
- Proficiency with Workflow Builder, Business Object Builder, UWL, SWI1, and SWIA.
- Strong ABAP development experience with reports, enhancements, interfaces, forms, BAdIs, user exits, and object-oriented programming.
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA, plus exposure to SAP Fiori, My Inbox, CDS Views, OData Services, and workflow-related UI development.
- Experience with SAP BTP and services deployed on the SAP Business Technology Platform.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance-tuning skills.
- Understanding of procurement, supply chain, and finance business processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
