Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead by example through active coding and troubleshooting.
- Mentor and guide engineers to enhance their skills.
- Conduct code reviews and promote best practices in ML Engineering.
- Ensure superior infrastructure and software delivery that meets customer expectations.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and leadership for integrated team dynamics.
- Champion the adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in software engineering or similar roles.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Proficiency in software engineering best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
- Experience in designing and managing distributed computing systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with all organizational levels.
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
