Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate existing legacy software systems.
- Transform legacy software into a cloud-based microservice architecture aligned with Allianz Group standards.
- Implement and manage DevOps practices across AWS, Azure, Terraform, CDK, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, OpenShift, CI/CD tooling, Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, and shell scripting.
- Develop and enhance software solutions using Kotlin, Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, Python, and SQL.
- Work with Java EE, Spring, OData, MS Data-API-Builder, Corda, Maven/Gradle, and REST/SOAP web services.
- Support major releases one to two times per year and evening patching days approximately four times per year.
Requirements
- Extensive senior-level experience with AWS FCP, Java Spring Boot, and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency with DevOps tools and practices, programming languages, and architectural frameworks.
- Strong German and English language capabilities.
- Willingness to work outside regular core hours for releases and patching.
- Willingness to travel to Munich one to two times per year.
