Base Salary
$110k - $119k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and services.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and Product Owners and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Ensure application security and compliance with organizational standards.
Requirements
- Experience with Core Java, Java 8/11/17+, object-oriented programming, collections, multithreading and concurrency, exception handling, Java Streams, lambda expressions, and design patterns.
- Experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate, RESTful web services, and JSON/XML processing.
- Knowledge of API security using OAuth2 and JWT.
- Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL query optimization.
- Experience with Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, JMS, service discovery, API gateways, circuit breaker patterns, and distributed systems.
- Experience with Git, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, and SonarQube.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, plus Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
