Responsibilities
- Lead the technical sales cycle in partnership with Account Executives.
- Drive deep discovery engagements with prospects to uncover business challenges.
- Design and deliver compelling, story-driven product demonstrations.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers.
- Lead proof-of-value engagements to validate technical fit.
- Translate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes.
- Engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Partner closely with Professional Services and Customer Success.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations on solution architecture.
- Maintain deep expertise in Pindrop’s solutions and market landscape.
- Collaborate with Account Executives on account strategy.
- Support and lead responses to RFP/RFI/RFQ and security questionnaires.
- Represent Pindrop externally at customer meetings and industry events.
Requirements
- 7+ years of sales engineering experience with $1M+ deals.
- Proven track record of consultative selling in large enterprise engagements.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Deep technical background in contact center technologies.
- Strong understanding of APIs and integration patterns.
- Experience with contact center solutions and fraud management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven success working on remote teams.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fearless yet thoughtful communicator.
