Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software solutions and application components.
- Develop scalable, high-performing, and maintainable software architectures using Python frameworks.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and make technical decisions for the team and across multiple teams.
- Lead implementation of software development best practices to improve processes and team productivity.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with Python frameworks.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
- Experience with Machine Learning and Large Language Models is preferred.
