Base Salary
$136k - $187k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the entire signup experience to increase conversion rates.
- Build and refine onboarding features using React and Node.js.
- Develop and maintain entry points for third-party platform integrations.
- Contribute to the internal A/B testing framework for rapid experimentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn user insights into production-ready features.
- Architect, maintain, and debug features across the full technical stack.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
- Strong focus on developer experience and application performance.
- Experience with data-driven development, including A/B testing or data analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
