Responsibilities
- Own and scale the signup and acquisition funnel to reduce friction and improve conversion.
- Build and refine React and Node.js onboarding guides, dashboard workflows, and activation features.
- Develop and maintain portals and entry points for third-party platform integrations.
- Contribute to and use the internal A/B testing framework for experiments across early customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data Analytics to turn behavioral insights into production-ready features.
- Architect, maintain, and debug full-stack features while participating in the on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Seasoned full-stack engineering experience with deep production experience in JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
- Ability to build frontend interfaces and robust backend services across the full stack.
- Strong interest in developer experience, application performance, and frictionless onboarding flows.
- Preference for data-driven development and ideally prior experience with A/B testing or data analysis.
- Ability to work in an iterative environment of shipping, measuring, learning, and pivoting.
Benefits
- Annual base salary range of $136,000–$187,000 CAD for candidates located in Canada.
