Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and scale Golang backend services for onboarding and KYC workflows across products and geographies.
- Build scalable service-oriented systems using modern cloud infrastructure and industry best practices.
- Improve onboarding and MTU conversion funnels by identifying bottlenecks and delivering data-informed solutions.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and senior leadership on quarterly execution roadmaps.
- Lead cross-cutting design reviews focused on security, operational integrity, and architectural clarity.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience building, scaling, and maintaining production backend services in a service-oriented architecture.
- Experience designing distributed systems that operate reliably at scale and using cloud-native tooling.
- Proficiency in Golang or a similar statically typed language, with experience writing well-tested, production-grade code.
- Experience owning platform capabilities end to end, from technical design through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
- Ability to use generative AI responsibly while maintaining human oversight and improving workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
