Responsibilities
- Lead technical consulting engagements for Xin Chuang and enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Assess customer architectures and environments across applications, middleware, databases, operating systems, infrastructure, and platforms.
- Facilitate technical workshops and discovery sessions to understand requirements and transformation objectives.
- Evaluate technology alternatives and develop solution recommendations, business cases, roadmaps, and migration strategies.
- Design and execute Proof of Concept engagements and technical validation exercises.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and compatibility considerations across complex enterprise environments.
- Collaborate with sales, presales, delivery, and partner teams on strategic customer opportunities.
- Present findings and recommendations to technical stakeholders and senior business executives.
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout customers’ transformation journeys.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, technical consulting, pre-sales architecture, field CTO, platform transformation, or related roles.
- Proven experience with complex, multi-stakeholder technology evaluation and solution shaping.
- Experience leading PoCs, technical workshops, architecture assessments, and technical validation exercises.
- Experience across multiple enterprise technology layers, including applications, middleware, databases, Linux, operating systems, infrastructure, platforms, operations, and tooling.
- Experience engaging vendors, partners, customers, and internal delivery teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and senior business executives.
- Preferred experience in Xin Chuang, technology localization, platform modernization, enterprise migration, technology substitution, or regulated enterprise environments.
- Preferred knowledge of Linux platforms, databases, middleware technologies, cloud platforms, or container technologies, and experience with government, financial services, telecommunications, or large enterprise customers.
