Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain design systems and UX patterns across the platform.
- Build product interfaces connecting users with AI agents and data sources.
- Create human-in-the-loop workflows for reviewing, approving, and acting on agent outputs.
- Conduct user research with operations stakeholders and use findings to refine product features.
Requirements
- One to seven years of professional frontend engineering experience.
- Strong TypeScript and React skills plus proficiency with Tailwind CSS.
- Experience developing, documenting, or evolving design systems for complex applications.
- A track record building workflow-driven interfaces with review, exception handling, or approval flows.
- Practical experience with AI, machine learning, or LLM product features and communicating trust and clarity through interface design.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Private-markets or financial-operations experience is helpful.
Benefits
- Base salary of €70,000 to €110,000 annually.
