Responsibilities
- Grow the Oracle business across public- and private-sector clients.
- Architect and design Oracle Cloud financial, HCM, and ERP solutions tailored to complex client requirements.
- Lead solution design workshops and translate business requirements into robust Oracle architectures.
- Drive end-to-end financial transformation initiatives, including process assessment, gap analysis, and improvement strategies.
- Analyze and optimize financial processes using Business Process Services expertise.
- Oversee delivery teams and ensure the technical integrity, performance, quality, compliance, and timeliness of implementations.
- Advise clients and C-level stakeholders on Oracle roadmaps, integration strategies, transformation governance, and operational efficiency.
- Support business development through proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitches, and presentations.
- Collaborate on system integration, data migration, and system optimization.
- Lead and mentor finance architects and consultants.
- Contribute to internal campaigns, think tanks, whitepapers, offering development, recruitment, training, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Oracle ERP and Oracle Cloud finance architecture, with HCM and ERP solution experience.
- Business Process Services experience involving financial-process analysis, improvement, and best-practice implementation.
- Ability to architect scalable, secure, compliant, and flexible solutions aligned with client and industry requirements.
- Experience leading transformation initiatives and solution design workshops.
- Ability to engage C-level executives and key stakeholders and provide strategic guidance.
- Experience overseeing delivery teams and maintaining technical quality and project timelines.
- Ability to contribute to business development, proposal development, client presentations, and practice growth.
- Willingness and flexibility to work across client assignment locations, including periods away from home at short notice.
