Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution definition and delivery across multi-workstream programmes.
- Translate complex requirements into executable architectures and create proof-of-concepts to validate solutions.
- Define roadmaps, solution proposals, recommendations, detailed designs, component specifications, and implementation documentation.
- Identify project risks, present solution alternatives, and document user stories and technical constraints.
- Create and maintain test plans that demonstrate project feasibility.
- Provide technical leadership, performance analysis, debugging, and delivery-readiness governance across quality, security, resilience, and documentation.
- Research new technologies, share best practices, advocate for process improvements, and communicate with technical teams, customers, and project stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience with Java, AWS, and Kubernetes.
- Experience in software design, software languages, architecture, cloud computing, and modern cloud-native or cloud-optimized microservices architecture.
- Solution definition, complex technical problem-solving, analytical, and recommendation skills.
- Practical experience in project management and a good understanding of business processes.
- Experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
