Responsibilities
- Define and deliver AI-first enterprise architecture and large-scale modernization programs for global organizations.
- Design and govern agentic systems, multi-agent orchestration, human-in-the-loop workflows, RAG solutions, and AI cost models.
- Architect full-stack applications, event-driven and streaming integrations, enterprise data platforms, and resilient multi-cloud solutions.
- Design and govern automated delivery pipelines, release automation, progressive delivery, and modern engineering lifecycles.
- Lead and govern cross-domain architecture teams while managing AI risk, hallucination mitigation, and responsible AI policy.
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams from presales through implementation and engage CDOs, CTOs, and senior digital leaders.
- Identify emerging technology opportunities and contribute to industry viewpoints and speaking engagements.
- Coach and mentor team members and support release and delivery planning.
Requirements
- 15+ years of multi-cloud architecture experience covering hybrid IaaS/PaaS, multi-region availability, infrastructure automation, DevSecOps, and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Expertise in agentic architecture, multi-agent orchestration, tool use, human-and-agent workflow design, failure recovery, and responsible AI governance.
- Production experience designing or reviewing agentic systems such as reasoning pipelines, autonomous code-review agents, or RAG-powered enterprise knowledge layers.
- Experience with prompt architecture, token optimization, model selection, inference-cost projections, AI TCO, and build-versus-buy analysis.
- Proficiency with coding agents including GitHub Copilot, Claude, and Devin.ai or similar tools.
- Experience designing automated delivery pipelines using Harness, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and Tekton.
- Full-stack application architecture experience across frontend frameworks, API layers, backend services, and data tiers.
- Experience with Apache Kafka, Kafka Streams, asynchronous messaging, schema registries, and real-time data pipelines.
- Experience with MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, Redis, Hazelcast, Memcached, Elasticsearch, and OpenSearch.
- Experience building highly available and fault-tolerant solutions on AWS, Azure, and GCP, including disaster recovery and availability-zone failover.
- Strong influencing, stakeholder leadership, analytical, customer-orientation, quality-awareness, and developer-to-board communication skills.
- Preferred experience in BFSI or financial services, release and delivery planning, problem solving, and coaching or mentoring team members.
