Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design, development, implementation, and operational support of complex enterprise applications and cloud-native workloads.
- Design and build Java/.NET services, Spring Boot microservices, MVC-based web components, REST APIs, event-driven integrations, and cloud databases.
- Translate business requirements into high- and low-level designs, sequence diagrams, data-flow diagrams, and API contracts.
- Develop AI/ML, LLM, RAG, prompt-engineering, and agentic-workflow solutions where appropriate.
- Implement enterprise integrations using ActiveMQ or similar messaging platforms.
- Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes and AWS services.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, security, encryption, masking, PII handling, and compliance controls.
- Gather requirements from business customers and vendors and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, provide production support, mentor junior and mid-level developers, and contribute to data strategy and governance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience, including at least 3 years in a technical lead capacity.
- Development experience with Java, .NET, Python, or C/C++ and cloud-hosted enterprise solutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration, API-led connectivity, event-driven architecture, distributed systems, data architecture, and production operations.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
- Experience with Claude Code or similar AI-assisted software engineering practices and AI-powered development workflows.
- Preferred experience developing AI/ML applications.
- Experience with agile Scrum delivery, data strategy and governance frameworks, and collaborative problem-solving.
