Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and improve software that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities.
- Deliver scalable, maintainable, and performance-optimized software solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers on requirements, solution strategies, and integration.
- Participate in code reviews and promote code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Apply secure coding practices and effective unit testing.
- Lead complex assignments or teams, guide team members, and contribute to technical direction.
- Manage operational risk, strengthen controls, and support policies and procedures.
- Analyze information from multiple sources to solve complex problems and communicate complex information to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Use industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools to develop software.
- Demonstrate professional knowledge and skills sufficient to deliver complex work impacting the broader business function.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, and advise on complex issues.
- Ability to lead assignments or teams, coach colleagues, and identify appropriate areas of specialization for delivery.
- Ability to manage risk, support governance objectives, and contribute to policy or procedure development.
