Responsibilities

Provide support and maintenance for Workato integration workflows.
Identify and implement integration enhancements with business teams.
Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions using Workato.
Create and manage Workato recipes, triggers, actions, and jobs.
Integrate SaaS and on-premise applications using APIs, webhooks, and other integration protocols.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Use advanced Workato features such as mappings, custom connectors, and error handling.

At least 5 years of experience designing, developing, and deploying integration solutions using Workato.
Strong hands-on Workato experience, including recipes, triggers, actions, and jobs.
Expertise in API integrations and cloud applications such as Salesforce, Oracle, and Concur.
Proficiency integrating SaaS and on-premise applications.
Hands-on experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs, webhooks, and other integration protocols.
Experience with Snowflake and MuleSoft.
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Workato or another relevant integration certification is preferred.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum teams is preferred.
Experience with advanced Workato features, advanced mappings, custom connectors, and error handling is preferred.
