Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers to align on product strategy, vision, roadmaps, and feature requirements.
- Design and develop product features using .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and web technologies.
- Create functional design documents, user stories, technical specifications, deployment plans, and user guides.
- Lead the technical aspects of projects and coordinate with project managers, technical architects, solution architects, and development teams.
- Research business domains and problems and contribute to innovative user-focused solutions.
- Support quality assurance activities, including integration testing.
- Lead, hire, and mentor junior developers independently.
- Collaborate with offshore teams and work effectively across time zones.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with programming experience or a degree in a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and web development using HTML, JavaScript, React, TypeScript, CSS, SCSS, and web debugging DevTools.
- Professional experience with Visual Studio Code, Visual Studio Professional, and SQL Server Management Studio.
- Familiarity with React, Ionic, progressive web applications, and Microsoft Reporting.
- Proven experience working with offshore teams.
- Experience with Agile product development and the software development life cycle.
- Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and self-motivational skills.
- Technical degree or equivalent professional qualification.
