Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning solutions for complex business challenges.
- Build scalable data pipelines supporting model training, inference, monitoring, and production workloads.
- Develop and deploy AI agents that automate processes, interact with systems, and generate business value.
- Customize and optimize foundation models, LLMs, and generative AI solutions.
- Use cloud AI services and modern AI platforms to deliver scalable production solutions.
- Research emerging AI technologies, algorithms, and methodologies.
- Develop high-performance AI solutions meeting scalability, reliability, and security requirements.
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets to improve model accuracy.
- Implement storage, retrieval, and knowledge management mechanisms for AI applications.
- Collaborate with technical teams, product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and key technical decisions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members.
- Evaluate and communicate the business value, performance, and impact of AI solutions.
- Promote continuous improvement and adoption of AI best practices.
Requirements
- Experience in AI, machine learning, or related technical roles.
- Advanced proficiency with AI agents and agent-based systems.
- Strong experience developing and deploying machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions.
- Experience using cloud AI services to build scalable, production-ready applications.
- Knowledge of foundation models, generative AI, and large language models.
- Experience building data pipelines for model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Strong programming skills in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and data preprocessing techniques.
- Understanding of MLOps, model lifecycle management, and production deployment practices.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and contribute to strategic technical decisions.
- Professional English proficiency at a minimum B2 level and native Portuguese proficiency.
- Preferred experience with AI and data solution architecture.
- Preferred data engineering experience, including ETL/ELT processes and data platform development.
