Responsibilities
- Own technical discovery for account expansion, including new use cases, geographic expansion, and integration opportunities.
- Partner with Account Managers on expansion prioritization, account planning, QBRs, technical qualification, and forecasting insights.
- Lead complex expansion implementations involving multi-entity configurations and advanced feature deployments.
- Run technical consultations, troubleshooting calls, and configuration sessions.
- Represent customer technical feedback, integration requirements, and product gaps to Product and Engineering.
- Manage the Technical Solutions queue for complex configurations and troubleshooting while maintaining response and resolution SLAs.
- Create implementation guides, expansion frameworks, and reusable assets; mentor new team members and deliver internal training.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or Solutions Architect in SaaS.
- Deep experience with REST APIs, webhooks, SQL, and enterprise integrations, particularly in billing, financial, or compliance software.
- Experience using automation, AI, and modern tooling to improve speed, documentation, and scalability.
- Ability to lead escalation calls, troubleshoot under pressure, and adapt technical depth to different audiences.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to engineering teams and C-suite executives.
- Ability to build domain expertise, structure ambiguous problems, and proactively close knowledge gaps.
- Track record of increasing scope and responsibility, ideally including promotions while in role.
