Responsibilities
- Conduct ongoing technical discovery within existing accounts to identify new use cases and integration opportunities.
- Collaborate with Account Managers on account strategy and expansion prioritization.
- Lead complex implementations, including multi-entity configurations and advanced feature deployments.
- Facilitate live technical consultations and troubleshooting sessions with clients.
- Channel customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities.
- Manage technical escalations and maintain SLAs for response and resolution.
- Create implementation guides and mentor new team members.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or Solutions Architect in SaaS.
- Deep experience with REST APIs, webhooks, SQL, and enterprise integrations.
- Proficient in using AI and modern tools for automation and documentation.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and lead escalation calls effectively.
- Skilled in distilling complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Fast learner with a proactive approach to closing knowledge gaps.
- Experience in increasing scope and responsibility, ideally with in-seat promotions.
