Base Salary
$165k - $217k/yr
Responsibilities
- Present Snowflake technology and vision to executive and technical audiences.
- Demonstrate Snowflake technology and communicate its value throughout sales cycles.
- Support enterprise proofs of concept from demonstration through design and implementation.
- Work with sales teams and channel partners to understand customer needs, strategize sales cycles, and close business.
- Research competitive and complementary technologies and position Snowflake appropriately.
- Discover customer architecture frameworks and connect them with Snowflake Data Architecture.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to improve Snowflake products and marketing.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of industry experience, including at least 5 years in a pre-sales environment.
- Outstanding presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
- At least 5 years of experience building and deploying machine learning and generative AI solutions in the cloud.
- Curiosity about the AI landscape and the ability to act as a technical thought partner for customers.
- Experience using AI code generation tools to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Broad experience with large-scale database or data-warehouse technology, ETL, analytics, and cloud technologies.
- Hands-on expertise with SQL, SQL analytics, and Python.
- Ability to connect customer business problems with Snowflake solutions.
- A university degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred.
- A master’s degree in Data Science or Business Administration is a plus.
- Experience with GSIs such as EY, Deloitte, or Accenture is beneficial but not required.
