Responsibilities
- Collaborate on the design and development of complex code modules and proof of concepts for portal and mobile application approaches.
- Oversee functional and technical aspects of COTS extension standards and assess product impacts on the AHRA system.
- Lead fit/gap analysis and translate functional designs into detailed technical designs for large-scale applications.
- Coordinate system designs and ensure integration points are documented and aligned with city technical architecture.
- Support secure, efficient, and compliant designs integrating ACCESS HRA web and Mobility solutions with legacy and COTS applications.
- Lead security accreditation efforts and ensure production releases comply with DSS and OTI security policies and standards.
- Conduct Veracode security scans, fix vulnerabilities, and use ELK data analytics tools.
- Support App Store review and approval for iOS and Android releases.
- Implement defect fixes, enhancements, and configurations for portal and mobile application artifacts and support testing across environments.
- Maintain project technical documentation and help upgrade the AHRA solutions stack using newer COTS product functionality.
Requirements
- A baccalaureate degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, mathematics, or a related field plus six years of satisfactory full-time relevant experience.
- Alternatively, a baccalaureate degree in any field plus ten years of satisfactory full-time relevant experience.
- Education and/or experience equivalent to either qualifying option is accepted.
- Relevant experience includes enterprise architecture, solutions architecture, network architecture, and/or IT infrastructure systems.
