Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable solutions across Salesforce CPQ, Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue, NetSuite, Vertex, and n8n/MuleSoft integrations.
- Configure and customize Salesforce using Apex, Flows, Triggers, Batch classes, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce, billing, ERP, tax, and other third-party systems using SOAP/REST APIs and middleware.
- Develop proactive monitoring, alerting, and standard operating procedures for Quote-to-Cash integration health and failure resolution.
- Partner with Product Management, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver applications and enhancements in Agile sprints.
- Deliver applications and support within SOX compliance controls and rigorous change-management processes.
- Establish engineering standards focused on platform reliability, performance, and serviceability.
- Evaluate new capabilities including Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Agentforce, and AI-assisted order processing.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design reviews, and Architecture Review Board activities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Salesforce configuration and customization experience with Apex, Flows, Triggers, Batch classes, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Deep Quote-to-Cash or Lead-to-Cash experience in a SaaS or recurring-revenue company across quoting, order processing, fulfillment, billing, and revenue recognition.
- Hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience with quoting, pricing rules, order generation, and approval workflows.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external billing, ERP, tax, and other systems using SOAP/REST APIs and n8n or MuleSoft.
- Understanding of ASC 606, subscription billing, deferred revenue, and accounts-receivable reconciliation.
- Experience with Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue/RevPro, and/or NetSuite ERP, including general ledger, journal entries, and accounts-receivable reconciliation.
- Understanding of Salesforce security practices, threat modeling, least-privilege access, and zero-trust access models.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and source-controlled CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, or AutoRabit.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Revenue Cloud/Revenue Cloud Advanced, Agentforce, SOX/ITGC controls, Vertex, and relevant Salesforce certifications.
