Responsibilities
- Develop software in OCaml while participating in a support rotation.
- Resolve live issues in critical trading systems.
- Collaborate with application developers and various teams across the firm.
- Take ownership of system architecture and design.
- Design and develop tools to improve trading operations.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills with the ability to read and write code effectively.
- Intellectual curiosity and a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, especially during production incidents.
- Fluency in English is required.
