Base Salary

$148k - $165k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Help prospects understand the value of monday.com and support the sales team throughout the sales process.
  • Lead the technical aspects of large and complex sales opportunities using deep product knowledge.
  • Map prospects’ business processes and assist with implementing them on the monday.com platform.
  • Establish pre-configured solution packages and define best practices.
  • Strategize large opportunities and streamline the sales process in partnership with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Respond to customers’ technical questions and security requirements.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role or similar position in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical curiosity about how IT systems work in business contexts.
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
  • Understanding of JSON and RESTful APIs.
  • Understanding of GraphQL is an advantage.
  • Ability to clearly explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
  • Business process mapping skills and experience responding to customer technical questions and security requirements.
  • Exceptional teamwork capabilities.
