Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, implementation, and complex project lifecycles.
- Establish and enforce development standards for code quality, consistency, scalability, and performance.
- Make technical decisions for the team and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless project execution.
- Design and implement maintainable, high-performance code aligned with business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC).
- Proficiency in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC) is required.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and scalable-solution best practices.
- Experience leading software development teams through complex project lifecycles.
- Ability to design and implement high-performance, maintainable code aligned with business needs.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for multi-team collaboration.
- Skill in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
