Responsibilities
- Lead development planning and delivery of the Wealth Core Banking technology development portfolio and system integration.
- Conduct and support analysis, design, development, integration, unit testing, System Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing.
- Coordinate defect identification and resolution while adhering to development standards, governance, and quality assurance practices.
- Partner with infrastructure and application teams to design, test, and implement systems that minimize operational risk.
- Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise across project delivery, change requests, production releases, and Level 3 application support.
- Coordinate new functionality, system integrations, external application interfaces, data migration, and data conversion programs.
- Mentor junior team members through technical guidance, knowledge sharing, training, and best-practice recommendations.
Requirements
- Degree in an IT-related discipline.
- Strong financial technology experience, preferably in Wealth Management, Investment Management, Asset Management, or Investment Banking.
- Extensive software development experience, including prior hands-on developer roles and successful integration and implementation of vendor-provided solutions.
- At least 10 years of hands-on experience in a Temenos Transact TAFJ environment as a technical consultant or lead.
- Experience with Temenos Transact design, Level 3 development, product development, and implementation of AA, Payments, FX, SC, CA, and DX/SY products.
- In-depth knowledge of Temenos Transact customizations, T24 applications, and system administration tasks for maintaining a T24 environment.
- Hands-on experience with Temenos Transact modules, subroutine coding, versions, enquiries, COB, version routines, enquiry routines, multi-thread routines, composite screens, and templates for local development.
- Knowledge of OFS, IF, IRIS, TAFJ, and OFXML.
- Knowledge of Temenos Transact Java API, JBoss, TDH, and Outbox is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with DevOps processes and tools including Design Studio, Soap UI, Bitbucket, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Excellent oral and written communication in English.
