$293k - $405k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain threat models for how advanced attackers could compromise coding assistants and automated security systems.
- Identify and prioritize critical security investments based on implementation lead times, costs, and benefits.
- Partner with Security, Infrastructure, Research, Legal, and Preparedness teams on implementation plans and tradeoffs.
- Lead technical execution when needed, including prototyping controls and writing and reviewing software.
- Coordinate engineers across teams and work with penetration testers to close defensive gaps.
Requirements
- Exceptional hands-on technical execution skills.
- Experience working with advanced persistent threat actors or other capable cyberoffensive groups.
- Ability to reason creatively about non-standard security problems and design workable controls under tight constraints.
- Experience leading technical programs or teams.
