Base Salary
$293k - $405k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain threat models for advanced attackers targeting coding assistants.
- Identify critical security investments based on implementation lead-times, costs, and benefits.
- Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Research, Legal, and Preparedness teams on implementation plans.
- Lead technical execution, including prototyping controls and coordinating engineers.
- Work with penetration testers to address gaps in defenses.
Requirements
- Exceptional hands-on technical execution skills.
- Experience working with advanced persistent threat actors or capable cyberoffensive groups.
- Ability to creatively reason about non-standard security problems.
- Experience leading technical programs or teams.
