Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build agentic AI systems that monitor, optimize, and autonomously evolve a large transportation network.
- Generate, validate, and deploy network configurations using large language models and automation.
- Design and implement graph algorithms and multi-variable optimization solutions for large-scale, multi-modal transportation networks.
- Build highly available, low-latency distributed services that process millions of real-time decisions.
- Own systems end to end, solve ambiguous technical problems, and contribute to engineering quality and standards.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- At least 1 year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- At least 1 year of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- At least 1 year of object-oriented design experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience covering coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
