Responsibilities
- Translate client business use cases and technical requirements into durable technical designs and architectures.
- Own the architecture and technical vision for AI-powered user-facing applications built with Python, React, and Generative AI.
- Design scalable, secure, and cost-efficient backend platforms for LLM inference, RAG pipelines, and agent-based orchestration.
- Define frontend architecture and UX patterns for conversational interfaces, copilots, and intelligent dashboards.
- Lead complex Generative AI workflows combining LLMs, tools, APIs, structured data, and user context.
- Establish standards for prompt design, model integration, evaluation, observability, security, privacy, compliance, governance, and responsible AI.
- Build reusable GenAI platform components, SDKs, and frameworks for multiple teams or products.
- Partner with product, design, data, business, client, and executive stakeholders to define technical strategy and solutions.
- Review designs and codebases, resolve complex technical issues, conduct architecture reviews, and raise engineering standards.
- Lead technical discovery, solutioning, client or executive workshops, proofs of concept, and architecture documentation.
- Define technologies, patterns, frameworks, non-functional requirements, benchmarks, and implementation guidelines.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot and Claude Code while maintaining production-grade quality.
Requirements
- 11+ years of total experience.
- Strong software engineering experience with deep Python expertise.
- Experience developing microservices and APIs with Python, FastAPI, and Node.js.
- Proven experience architecting and delivering production-grade Generative AI applications at scale.
- Strong system design skills across backend, frontend, and AI infrastructure layers.
- Experience architecting and implementing scalable ML, Generative AI, and agentic AI solutions involving LLMs, RAG, and autonomous agents.
- Experience with enterprise architecture, solution design, distributed systems, hybrid or cloud AI solutions, and multi-cloud AI platform architecture.
- Experience building end-to-end AI pipelines and integrating vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and production-grade deployment, access control, CI/CD, and scalable compute resources.
- Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, AgentOps or GenAIOps, knowledge graphs, and semantic layer architecture.
- Ability to define technical strategy, influence architecture across teams, mentor engineers, and communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
