Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and end-to-end delivery of high-performance, resilient file and object storage systems.
- Design and implement concurrent algorithms and platform solutions for AI infrastructure, distributed computing, data pipelines, and enterprise analytics.
- Diagnose and resolve complex multi-threaded, high-concurrency performance and reliability issues across Linux platform internals.
- Own technical roadmaps, establish architectural standards, and collaborate with Product Management, System Validation, and Customer Support.
- Mentor engineering peers, lead architecture forums, and promote technical excellence and product stability.
Requirements
- Deep proficiency in Linux system programming.
- Strong hands-on expertise in C, C++, Python, Go, or Java.
- Mastery of object-oriented design, data structures, multi-threading, synchronization, concurrent programming, and distributed systems architecture.
- Experience making strategic architectural decisions, designing for enterprise-grade high availability, and supporting complex production deployments.
- Exceptional communication skills and a record of influencing technical stakeholders through architecture and design proposals.
