Responsibilities
- Develop and scale high-performance, cloud-native web applications across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Transform prototypes, internal automation tools, and predictive models into scalable, production-ready features.
- Maintain high availability and low-latency performance for backend worker queues, mission-critical systems, and cloud infrastructure.
- Build dashboards that provide visibility into automation pipelines.
- Use AI-assisted development tools for coding, code reviews, and automated testing.
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams and contribute to mentorship.
- Build complete product features across frontend and backend.
- Comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building full-stack web applications, including complex API integrations and background job processing.
- Strong experience with Ruby on Rails.
- Experience with SQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Snowflake.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Node.js, React, and modern JavaScript technologies.
- Hands-on experience developing, deploying, and monitoring scalable applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience or practical exposure to automation tools, RPA bots, automated agents, or Document Intelligence/IDP solutions.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve coding velocity and quality.
- Preferred experience building AI agents with OpenClaw, UiPath, or Gemini AI Studio.
- Preferred experience with Azure Document Intelligence, AWS Textract, or Google Cloud Document AI.
- Preferred experience with RabbitMQ, Redis, Kafka, or Pub/Sub.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, and RAG use cases.
