Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise software solutions using C# and related technologies.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and promote a design-driven development culture.
- Analyze and enhance large-scale applications for maintainability and long-term sustainability.
- Collaborate with product development and product management teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide proactive communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Design and implement data-processing and digitalization workflows.
- Participate in troubleshooting, performance optimization, and operational support.
- Contribute to modernization initiatives involving Linux platforms, containers, cloud-native technologies, and automation.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem, including .NET Framework and modern .NET.
- Experience with C/C++ is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in large-scale, mature codebases and manage architectural dependencies and code quality.
- Demonstrated communication, transparency, and cross-team stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience translating business requirements into maintainable and scalable software architectures.
- Experience with data processing and digitalization solutions, relational databases, data transformation and integration, document and data capture workflows, and data quality and information lifecycle management.
- Working knowledge of Linux environments, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with source control, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and code reviews.
- Preferred understanding of OCR, image preprocessing, layout analysis, document understanding, key-value and table extraction, confidence scoring, and human-in-the-loop validation.
- Preferred familiarity with Google Cloud Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or equivalent cloud messaging services.
- Knowledge of cloud observability, security, scalability, and reliability practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, verbal communication, independent working, and distributed-team collaboration skills.
