Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain MSBuild features and infrastructure across platforms.
- Implement build capabilities and evolve APIs to improve performance, reliability, and developer experience.
- Investigate and resolve complex build issues across Windows, Linux, and macOS.
- Optimize MSBuild for cloud-native, mobile, and enterprise workloads.
- Collaborate with .NET teams and contribute to open-source development on GitHub.
- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
- Explore and integrate AI techniques for build diagnostics, performance tuning, and developer workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong programming skills, preferably in C#, with Java, C++, or Go also considered.
- Experience with large-scale software systems and an interest in developer productivity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration across distributed teams.
- Familiarity with open-source development, GitHub workflows, and build systems is helpful.
Benefits
- The position is based in Czechia and includes a stated annual base pay range of Kč 1,338,000.00 to Kč 2,448,000.00.
