Responsibilities
- Design and own scalable end-to-end solution architectures for analytics, AI, cloud, and enterprise systems.
- Define system components, functional allocation, and interfaces across applications, platforms, and infrastructure.
- Develop solution options, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and recommend optimized architectures.
- Create reference architectures, reusable design patterns, and architecture building blocks.
- Design scalable data pipelines, machine learning systems, integrations, and analytics and AI platforms.
- Lead pilots and proof-of-concepts to validate technology capabilities.
- Evaluate infrastructure capacity and recommend improvements for current and future needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Manage architecture-related risks and issues and drive mitigation strategies.
- Promote standard technologies, architecture practices, governance, security, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Intermediate to advanced experience in solution architecture, enterprise systems, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience designing cloud-based platforms and enterprise applications.
- Ability to architect complex technical solutions and translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams and influencing architecture decisions.
- Experience designing enterprise data and analytics solutions, integrations, and AI/ML-enabled architectures.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in data modeling, ETL frameworks, data pipelines, and MLOps.
- Knowledge of build automation, version control, CI/CD pipelines, security, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Preferred experience with IoT technologies, connected systems, Agile software development, DevSecOps, and automation frameworks.
- Nice-to-have experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Neo4j, Azure-native solutions, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- College, university, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
