Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end implementations of LabWare LIMS, ELN, and LES solutions.
- Gather laboratory business requirements and translate them into system configurations and enhancements.
- Configure and customize LabWare modules, workflows, sample lifecycle management, lot management, and automation.
- Create and maintain master data, including products, projects, analyses, calculations, automation scripts, and Message Engine configurations.
- Develop and maintain LIMS Basic scripts, format calculations, analysis component calculations, and custom automation solutions.
- Integrate laboratory instruments and external systems with LabWare.
- Design and develop Crystal Reports using Query Tags and Access Routines.
- Perform data administration, system maintenance, troubleshooting, issue resolution, migration, validation, and system integration activities.
- Collaborate with Agile teams and cross-functional stakeholders to design, test, and deploy features.
- Monitor system performance, implement optimization improvements, and ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Act as a liaison between laboratory users, business stakeholders, and vendors.
Requirements
- 4 to 9+ years of hands-on experience in LabWare LIMS, ELN, and LES implementation and support.
- Strong expertise in LIMS Basic Scripting and the MethEX Module.
- Knowledge of LabWare configuration, master data management, workflow design, and automation.
- Experience with format calculations, analysis component calculations, variables, properties, and algorithm development.
- Strong understanding of LabWare Lot Management and Sample Lifecycle Management.
- Experience integrating laboratory instruments and external applications with LabWare.
- Hands-on experience with Crystal Reports, Query Tags, and Access Routines.
- Knowledge of data migration, validation, version control, and data governance principles.
- Familiarity with GxP, laboratory compliance standards, and regulated environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
