Responsibilities
- Lead the design, build, configuration, and support of Microsoft Power Apps applications.
- Design, develop, and secure Dataverse solutions, including Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and Power Automate workflows.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical specifications, cost estimates, and timelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and support complex Power Apps solutions.
- Act as the primary client-facing point of contact for the project.
- Estimate project timelines and costs and align execution with business goals.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience is required; the posting also describes the resource as having 9+ years of experience.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and Power Automate.
- Technical ability in Microsoft Power Platform configuration, development, and web service programming.
- Experience leading and managing a team of developers.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Experience with Power Apps Portals, Azure Portal, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Dataverse Plugin Development, Visual Studio, C#, and data migration into Dataverse is desirable.
