Responsibilities
- Lead and scale growth initiatives like onboarding flows and referral systems.
- Develop innovative features for the iOS mobile app using Swift.
- Drive architectural decisions to ensure system reliability and scalability.
- Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to refine product strategies.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and data science teams to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Swift with a deep understanding of iOS fundamentals.
- Proven track record of delivering user-facing features quickly.
- Excellent product instincts with a user-first approach.
- Experience with E-commerce or Social products is a bonus.
- Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and growth experimentation tools is a plus.
