Responsibilities
- Provide best-practice guidance on Adobe Workfront functionality and architecture.
- Lead client discovery workshops, capture requirements, and design scalable Workfront solutions.
- Design, build, and configure Workfront forms, templates, portfolios, programs, reports, dashboards, approval workflows, notifications, statuses, job roles, and user structures.
- Configure and optimize Workfront Fusion workflows for integrations and automation with Adobe Experience Cloud and other enterprise systems.
- Manage Workfront environments and provide administration, governance, training, UAT coordination, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams, mentor junior team members, and contribute thought leadership on Workfront solutioning.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of IT experience with a strong foundation in enterprise solution architecture.
- 3–4 years of hands-on Adobe Workfront experience, including administration, configuration, and solutioning.
- At least 2 years of Workfront System Administrator or consultancy experience.
- Experience with Workfront Fusion for integrations and workflow automation.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; at least 7 years of relevant work experience may substitute for a degree.
- 15 years of full-time education.
