Responsibilities
- Bridge project and support teams through techno-functional Calypso expertise.
- Manage business requirements through integration, configuration, testing, and production deployment.
- Assess change feasibility and provide optimal solutions with clear timelines.
- Customize, extend, modify, localize, and integrate the existing ERP product through coding and testing.
- Support architectural design, implementation methodology, and ERP solution development.
- Provide product maintenance, resolve technical issues, and address client queries.
- Create and deploy automation solutions to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Align technical and functional requirements and provide solution advice to clients and internal teams.
- Support the on-site manager with change-related and off-site support details.
- Complete internal certifications and training and contribute papers, articles, and case studies.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience with Calypso.
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Ability to work across functional design, technical design, ERP architecture, coding, testing, integration, configuration, and production deployment.
