Responsibilities
- Conduct business discovery workshops to translate strategic objectives into Celonis use cases.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define project scope and data requirements.
- Direct AI deployment agents to build data models and process analyses.
- Validate AI-generated outputs against business requirements.
- Lead value creation workshops and define measures to improve process inefficiencies.
- Enable customer users to independently use and extend the solution.
- Document solution design decisions for future reference.
Requirements
- 4+ years in Management or IT consulting, data/solution consulting, or process improvement consulting.
- Ability to build and configure solutions on the Celonis platform.
- Comfort working with AI-assisted development tools and writing clear specifications.
- Strong understanding of enterprise business processes and financial metrics.
- Ability to steer customer workshops and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a value-driven orientation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Technology Management, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations up to 50%.
