Responsibilities

  • Conduct business discovery workshops and translate strategic objectives into Celonis use cases, project scopes, data requirements, and success criteria.
  • Configure data connectivity and extraction pipelines, working with specialist resources when required.
  • Direct AI deployment agents to build data models, process analyses, KPIs, dashboards, and operational solutions, then validate their outputs.
  • Build and configure Celonis Process Intelligence Graph solutions, data transformations, process analyses, operational solutions, and AI-powered insights.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and root causes, lead value creation workshops, and quantify business impact through customer success KPIs.
  • Design operational solutions that improve process conformance, adoption, and customer value.
  • Train and enable customer users, manage outcomes against timelines and scope, and document solution designs for handoff.
  • Develop expertise in process domains or industries and create scalable solution patterns, reference architectures, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product and Business Apps teams to standardize high-value use cases and influence the platform roadmap.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in management or IT consulting, data or solution consulting, or process improvement consulting.
  • Ability to build and configure Celonis solutions, including data modeling, process analysis, KPI definition, and automation.
  • Proficiency in PQL, SQL, and Python.
  • Comfort with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor, including evaluating AI-generated outputs and iterating on specifications.
  • Prompt engineering or context engineering experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong enterprise business process and financial metrics expertise, with knowledge of SAP, Oracle, and process areas such as Inventory Management, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Accounts Payable preferred.
  • Ability to lead customer workshops, present findings to management, manage stakeholder expectations, and work with technical and business audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and quantify business impact.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations up to 50%.
