Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design and delivery while setting development standards and ensuring code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Design scalable AI application pipelines for cloud and on-premises environments.
- Integrate generative AI models and deep learning techniques into production systems.
- Develop and optimize neural network architectures and chatbot frameworks.
- Apply image-processing algorithms within AI solutions.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, provide advisory and influencing guidance, and make decisions across multiple teams.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in Automation Architecture.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong expertise in scalable AI application pipelines across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Experience integrating generative AI models and deep learning techniques into production systems.
- Ability to develop and optimize neural network architectures and chatbot frameworks.
- Familiarity with image-processing algorithms and their application in AI solutions.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver AI-driven products.
