Responsibilities
- Develop Agentic AI applications using Python and related programming languages.
- Design and build secure, production-grade GenAI and Agentic AI applications for AML and compliance programs.
- Own the full delivery lifecycle from development through production rollout.
- Build AI pipelines and integrate data platforms such as Databricks with AWS services including S3, EC2, API Gateway, Bedrock, and Lambda.
- Evaluate application infrastructure and identify modernization, optimization, performance, and cost-effectiveness opportunities.
- Develop reusable, efficient, scalable solutions and apply application development, data engineering, performance, and security standards.
- Research and apply new tools and techniques, recommend improvements, and guide or mentor team members as needed.
- Collaborate with distributed business and technology teams across India, the United States, and Canada.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education and work experience.
- Approximately 10+ years of overall experience, including 4+ years as a GenAI or Agentic AI Engineer using cloud technologies.
- Strong Python programming expertise and hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Pydantic, Strands, and CrewAI.
- Experience building GenAI and Agentic AI applications using large language models.
- Understanding of RAG, vector databases, model selection, model evaluation, guardrails, and GenAI or Agentic AI architecture.
- Familiarity with Databricks architecture and core concepts, AWS services such as Bedrock and EC2, and PostgreSQL-based platforms.
- Experience with database architecture, artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and big data.
- Preferred AWS or Databricks certifications, experience with Databricks and Apache Airflow, and knowledge of machine learning concepts and frameworks.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based deployments and experience in financial services or compliance are preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, adaptability, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
