Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and GenAI solutions for manufacturing intelligence, yield optimization, supply chain analytics, and enterprise data platforms.
- Architect data pipelines, feature stores, model-serving infrastructure, and cloud-native Lakehouse solutions using Databricks and Azure.
- Develop prompt-engineering strategies, LLM feedback loops, reusable Knowledge Artifacts, RAG pipelines, semantic search systems, and vector-database solutions.
- Design agentic AI workflows for autonomous task orchestration and multi-step reasoning with constraints, policies, and fallback paths.
- Define KPIs, success metrics, and business impact measurements with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Mentor junior and intermediate engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish ML engineering best practices.
- Present technical findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and translate business requirements into production-grade technical solutions.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- At least 9 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or a related role, including at least 3 years in AI/ML solution architecture or enterprise AI implementation.
- Demonstrated ownership of production ML systems and deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and statistical modeling.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Apache Spark, PyTorch, TensorFlow, vector databases, embedding models, and semantic search architectures.
- Hands-on MLOps experience with model versioning, CI/CD for ML, automated retraining, monitoring, and drift detection, including MLflow.
- Experience with Azure, Databricks, and Lakehouse architectures; Azure is preferred.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and communicating results to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Preferred experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, GenAI application development, agentic AI workflows, and multi-LLM orchestration systems.
- Preferred domain experience in semiconductor manufacturing, NAND Flash, or related hardware and electronics industries.
- Cloud Architecture certification in Azure, AWS, or GCP is preferred.
