Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered tools for performance marketing automation.
- Develop AI workflows for ad copy generation and creative performance feedback.
- Implement AI-driven personalization in CRM and lifecycle marketing.
- Automate landing page variant generation and testing ideation.
- Create internal AI tools to enhance team efficiency.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to integrate AI features.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of engineering or technical experience with AI/LLMs.
- Proficiency in Python or Typescript and experience with APIs.
- Ability to build repeatable skills or plugins for LLM clients.
- Experience in educating and mentoring team members on AI.
- A builder's mentality focused on prototyping over spec writing.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills.
