Responsibilities

  • Build AI-first medical software for patient files, consultation audio transcription, workplace risks, video consultations, and appointment scheduling.
  • Develop customer setup workflows for affiliation, contracting, billing, and risk declarations.
  • Design and implement online and onsite experiences for workers and health professionals.
  • Ship and own full-stack features using the team’s distributed-ownership model.
  • Collaborate with doctors, nurses, Product Designers, User Researchers, Operations teams, and other engineering teams.
  • Help build a new occupational health product and support its zero-to-one growth.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience shipping production-quality full-stack features.
  • Backend or frontend specialization is acceptable, provided the candidate is comfortable working across both areas.
  • Interest in building scalable and reliable systems subject to uptime and regulatory constraints.
  • Product-mindedness, comfort with ambiguity, bias for action, and interest in zero-to-one product development.
  • French fluency is a plus for working with medical teams or customers.
  • Being based in Paris is a nice-to-have, particularly for onsite experience work.
  • Healthcare technology and reinventing French occupational healthcare should be motivating.
